Samsung launches Galaxy Chromebook at CES 2020

A new concept for the Chromebook laptops has been released by Samsung and it is called Galaxy Chromebook. From the information we have so far, Samsung launched at CES 2020 a new series of Chromebooks, this time a high end series of products built in top quality.

Starting with a refreshed design, the new Galaxy Chromebook brings all the elements of a top rated laptop. The materials that the laptop is built from are top quality and gives the Galaxy Chromebook a premium look and feel.

Galaxy Chromebook specifications

Galaxy Chromebook comes with a 13.3" AMOLED display that has a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160px) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The top version of the Galaxy Chromebook comes with 1 TB storage and 16 GB of RAM, but there is also a lighter version that comes with 128 GB of storage and 8 GB RAM.

Galaxy Chromebook is powered by a Intel CPU and as far as we know it should be a Intel Core i5 10th Gen.

Connectivity offers users a built in wireless conector with 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standard, 2 x USB 3.0 (Type C) and a MicroSD Card Reader. As for audio, Galaxy Chromebook has two speakers and one microphone. Also we should mention that this laptop has a built in web camera that can be very useful when you need to make a business conference or any other video call.

In terms of design and handling, Galaxy Chromebook weights 1.04 kg and also it is one of the thinnest laptops on the market. The material from witch the shell is built is aluminium.

Galaxy Chrome will be available in two colors, one of them is called Fiesta Red and is a beautiful color that makes this laptop look great. The other color is called Mercury Gray and it gives the laptop a classic look. The choise is yours, but no matter the color you choose, Galaxy Chromebook is one of the top devices from the Chromebook series and seems to be breaking new barriers and setting new standards for the Chrome OS operating system.
